TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Lead technical development and customization of PeopleSoft FSCM modules (GL, AP, AR, Purchasing, Asset Management, etc.).
Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and deliverables for Minor enhancements.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across FSCM modules.
Collaborate with functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business needs.
Support testing activities including unit, system, integration, and UAT.
Document technical designs and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Proficiency in PeopleTools (Application Designer, PeopleCode, App Engine, Component Interfaces).




Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM).
Familiarity with Oracle or SQL Server databases.
Robust SQL and SQR development skills.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibility from the Role :

Perform Technical Triage for incidents ( tickets) raised by user

Adhere to SLAs committed to customer for response , resolution etc of Incidents

Perform RCA for priority 1 /2 incidents

Perform permanent fixes for repeatable issues

Minor enhancements based on business request
