Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service standards.
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
Drive sales, profitability, and cost control initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile
5+ years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in luxury hotels.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and guest relations abilities.
Sound knowledge of food & beverage operations and service standards
