Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Qualified Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to ensure software quality.
Solid understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality and performance.
Familiarity with integrating automated testing tools within continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
Skilled in analyzing test results and providing actionable feedback to development teams.
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Selenium.
