The Sales Intern will support the branch sales team in promoting Muthoot Forex products and services, assisting customers, generating leads, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The internship provides hands-on exposure to foreign exchange operations, customer relationship management, and sales in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with enquiries related to foreign currency exchange, travel cards, and remittance services.
Promote Muthoot Forex products to walk-in customers and prospective clients.
Generate leads through customer interactions and local marketing activities.
Support the sales team in achieving branch sales targets.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers via phone and email.
Help maintain customer records, KYC documents, and sales reports.
Coordinate with branch staff to ensure timely customer service.
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and competitor activities.
Maintain knowledge of forex products and RBI guidelines under supervision.





Eligibility
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, BBM, MBA, or related discipline).
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Interest in sales, banking, financial services, or foreign exchange.
Willingness to travel locally for customer acquisition, if required.
