Job Description:

1.Experience in welding of GMAW,FCAW & GTAW

2.Experience in operating of auto welding machines (PTA,Robotic,Overlay)

3.Experience in engineering drawing reading (Weld symbols)

4.Experience in furnace operations (Nitriding, Electrical, and LPG-based systems)

5.Experience in EOT crane operation (Electric Overhead Travelling )

6.Experience in Plate bending and rolling process

7.Experience in Handling the Grinding & Polishing tools (Air & elctrical)

8.Experience in Gouging ,gas cutting & Preheating

9.Awareness of industrial safey and 5'S' activity

Requirement:

1.Welding machine handling (OTC Daihen machine)

2.Auto welding machine handling-6 axis- ROBOTIC machine, Semi auto machine

3.Knowledge of PWHT (post weld heat treatment process)

4.Experience in EOT crane operating- (Electric overhead travelling)

5.Handling AG4, AG7 & die grinding pneumatic tools

Educational Qualification:

ITI (Welding & Fitter)/DME
