YOUR TASKS :

Supplier Quality Responsibilities
Assess and audit suppliers and define corrective actions (systems, processes, products, and control plans)
Track audit findings and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions
Plan supplier and product qualification and approval processes for the Electrical material group
Support and execute prototype inspections and plan SAT activities
Support and execute First Article Inspections (FAI)
Define and track actions for prototype and first article deviations
Effectively implement supplier quality transformation projects (eg, QASL, LPA)
Support nonconformity and claim processes and agree on corrective actions with suppliers
Monitor supplier process control and performance using KPIs
Report supplier performance status to Global SQA on a regular basis

YOUR PROFILE:




Technical background with a bachelor s or master s degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field; training as a welding engineer is preferred
Minimum of 7 years of skilled experience in comparable positions
Knowledge of quality management methods (eg, Ishikawa, FMEA, 8D)
Training in quality management standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (eg, TV, Bureau Veritas)
Convincing and qualified manners toward both external and internal stakeholders
Robust teamwork capabilities and excellent communication skills
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office; Power BI skills are preferred
Knowledge of APQP / APQP for Wind, QASL, LPA, and FTR
Excellent English language skills
Willingness to travel
