a) Adhere to SOPs like reporting in system, file all the signed consent forms, 100% adherence to mandatory forms like female X-Ray consent & Form F, validation of reports with doctors, upload images in system, reports Sign-off process adherence in INSTA, Reports hand over to patients within TAT
Marketing Activity
a) To upsell Health checks/ packages while interacting with the customers & promote Home Collection service b) Track conversions of upselling
Doctor Engagement
a) Interact with doctor & ensure conclusion are completed b) Doctor sign off is completed .
