Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
Develop complex DAX calculations, measures, KPIs, and calculated columns.
Create and optimize data models using star and snowflake schemas.
Develop and optimize Power Query (M) transformations.
Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL Server, Azure, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, Oracle, and cloud platforms.
Optimize report performance through productive data modeling, query optimization, and aggregation techniques.
Implement Row-Level Security (RLS), Object-Level Security (OLS), and workspace governance.
Publish, schedule, and manage reports in Power BI Service.

Preferred Candidates:
Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and Data Modeling.




Robust SQL skills including stored procedures, joins, CTEs, views, and query optimization.
Experience with ETL processes and data integration.
Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, Oracle, Snowflake, or other relational databases.
Experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) and workspace management.
Knowledge of Power BI deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes.
Experience with incremental refresh and composite models.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Fact & Dimension Tables).
Experience in report performance tuning using Performance Analyzer and DAX optimization techniques.
Familiarity with REST APIs and data integration.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
