Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assist them in selecting the right products.
• Demonstrate cookware products and explain their features and benefits.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
• Handle billing, cash, UPI, and card payments accurately.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and stock availability.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure a outstanding shopping experience.
• Follow company SOPs and maintain high standards of customer service.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail/showroom/counter sales
• Valuable communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage)
• Basic computer and billing knowledge
