Responsibilities
Provide personalized financial solutions and advice to clients, tailored to their unique needs and goals
Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial situation, risk profile, and investment objectives
Recommend and facilitate the opening of appropriate banking products and services, such as savings accounts, loans, and investment prospects
Assist clients with account management, including fund transfers, bill payments, and account inquiries
Maintain a thorough understanding of the banks products, services, and policies to effectively address client needs
Collaborate with other teams within the bank to provide comprehensive financial solutions for clients
Actively participate in client acquisition and retention initiatives to grow the banks customer base
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies

Requirements
experience in a customer-facing role within the financial services industry
Solid communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address client needs
Proficient in the use of financial software and digital banking platforms
Ability to work in a team workplace and collaborate effectively with colleagues
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism
Willingness to undergo continuous training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
