Role & responsibilities
Meet with clients to understand their needs and project objectives.
Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
Develop conceptual and detailed building designs.
Identify and develop current business opportunities in the architectural, construction, and healthcare sectors.
Travel extensively to meet prospective clients, architects, consultants, contractors, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
Generate leads and convert them into architectural, healthcare, interior fit-out, and turnkey project prospects.
Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, developers, and healthcare decision-makers.

Preferred candidate profile
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and construction practices.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
