Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products using tools such as Vernier caliper, Height gauge, Profile projector, Micrometer, Document control.
Read drawings and understand their requirements for accurate inspection.
Perform process inspection to ensure compliance with specifications.
Verify dimensions of parts against 2D drawings using measuring instruments like Vernier caliper and Micrometer.
Ensure adherence to QC standards during production processes.
