Job Description Business Strategy & Marketing

We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic qualified to join our Business Strategy & Marketing team. The role involves driving business growth through strategic planning, market intelligence, marketing initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen ANAROCK's market presence.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify business opportunities.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Coordinate project launches, branding activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
Prepare business presentations, MIS reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, and marketing ROI.
Collaborate with Sales, CRM, Digital Marketing, Design, and Leadership teams for seamless execution.
Build and maintain relationships with developers, channel partners, agencies, and external stakeholders.
Track industry trends,



customer preferences, and government policies impacting the real estate sector.
Support strategic initiatives, business planning, and leadership reviews.
Drive brand visibility through online and offline marketing activities.
Ensure timely execution of business and marketing initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile
38 years of experience in Business Strategy, Marketing, Business Development, or Consulting.
Experience in Real Estate, Property Consulting, or related industries is preferred.
Robust analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools, and business reporting.
Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Branding, and Campaign Management will be an added advantage.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a quick-paced environment with a result-oriented mindset.
