Key Responsibilities
Execute and manage 15+ online Olympiads every month across partner schools.
Coordinate with school principals, teachers, and administrators to schedule and conduct online exams.
Drive participation of 4,000+ students by ensuring seamless execution and timely communication.
Share exam links, login credentials, and instructions with schools and students.
Monitor live online examinations and coordinate with the technical team to resolve any issues.
Ensure smooth end-to-end exam execution with minimal disruptions.
Collect and validate attendance, participation data, and execution reports.
Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and Offline teams for effective planning and execution.
Maintain accurate MIS, execution reports, and school engagement records.
Build solid relationships with school stakeholders to ensure a outstanding customer experience.





Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech preferred); MBA is an added advantage.
03 years of experience in Operations, Customer Success, Coordination, Project Management, or EdTech. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office and online platforms such as Google Meet and Zoom.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace.
Willingness to travel occasionally for school coordination, if required.
Self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
