Manage complete HVAC project execution from planning to handover.
Supervise Site Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, and Contractors.
Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules.
Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Architects, and Vendors.
Review HVAC drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.
Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and budget.
Prepare BOQ, RA Bills, Change Orders, and Progress Reports.
Ensure timely procurement and effective material management.
Conduct site meetings and resolve technical and execution issues.
Oversee Testing, Commissioning, and successful project handover.
Ensure compliance with HSE and company quality standards.
Maintain project documentation and submit regular MIS reports.

Qualifications & Experience




Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
5+ years of experience in HVAC project execution.
Robust knowledge of VRV/VRF, Ducting, Chillers, AHU, FCU, and Ventilation Systems.
