Qualification
MBBS from a recognized institution.
MD/DNB in Anaesthesiology from a recognized university.
Valid National Medical Commission (NMC) / State Medical Council registration.
Experience
Fresh MD/DNB graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in Anaesthesia.
Key Responsibilities
Administer general, regional, and local anaesthesia for elective and emergency surgical procedures.
Conduct pre-anaesthetic evaluation and formulate anaesthesia plans.
Monitor patients intra-operatively and manage anaesthesia-related complications.
Provide post-operative care, including pain management and patient monitoring.
Manage critically ill patients in ICU and emergency settings as required.
Respond promptly to emergency situations, including trauma and code blue calls.
Assist consultants in complex surgical procedures and high-risk cases.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and anaesthesia records.
Ensure adherence to NABH,
infection control, patient safety, and quality protocols.
Participate in departmental academic activities, CMEs, audits, and clinical meetings.
Supervise and guide junior residents, interns, and nursing staff when required.
Perform duties as per the departmental roster, including night shifts, weekends, and emergency calls.
