About the Role

Join one of India’s leading life insurance companies and build a rewarding career in sales. As a Recruitment Development Manager (RDM), you will recruit, train, and develop a team of Life Insurance Advisors while driving business growth through the Agency Channel.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard Life Insurance Advisors.
Build and manage a productive Agency Channel team.
Train, mentor, and motivate advisors to achieve business goals.
Drive Life Insurance sales through the advisor network.
Support advisors in customer acquisition and policy closures.
Conduct field activities and joint sales calls.
Develop strong relationships with advisors and customers.
Achieve individual and team business targets.
Ensure quality business and compliance with company guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.




Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, Field Sales, BFSI, Banking, Telecom, FMCG, NBFC, or any customer-facing sales role.
Candidates with Life Insurance or Agency Channel experience will have an added advantage.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for sales, networking, and relationship building.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Candidates familiar with the Delhi NCR market will be preferred.
