What You'll Do:
Handle customer inquiries and build strong client relationships.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information.
Present products and services professionally to prospective customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Maintain customer records and prepare sales reports using Microsoft Excel.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and documentation.
Assist in preparing presentations and business reports.
