Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
Prepare baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), project milestones, and resource plans.
Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify schedule variances.
Analyze project delays and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, Site Execution, and QA/QC teams to ensure project timelines are met.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
Track project productivity, resource utilization, and critical path activities.
Conduct look-ahead planning and monitor short-term construction schedules.
Participate in project review meetings and present schedule updates to stakeholders.
Review contractor schedules and validate progress claims.




Assist in preparing recovery schedules whenever project slippages occur.
Maintain project documentation related to planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
Support tender planning by preparing preliminary project schedules and execution timelines.
Ensure compliance with company planning standards and project requirements.
