Build and integrate AI-driven features using Salesforce Einstein — including Einstein

Copilot, Einstein GPT, Prediction Builder, and Recommendation Builder
Implement prompt engineering techniques to optimize AI model outputs within

Salesforce workflows and automate business processes
Integrate external AI/LLM services (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) via REST APIs where

applicable, ensuring secure and governed consumption of AI capabilities
In Addition -
Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Flows,

Platform Events) on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud aligned with project AI program





requirements
Develop and optimize Apex triggers, batch jobs, queueable classes, and REST/SOAP

integrations to support end-to-end business processes
Collaborate with Solution Architects to translate functional requirements into

scalable technical designs and data models
Ensure code quality through peer reviews, unit testing (minimum 85% coverage), and

adherence to Salesforce best practices and development standards
Support data migration, setting management, and deployment activities using

CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, SFDX, Git)
