Role Overview
We are seeking a Domain Consultant with broad expertise across the clinical trials lifecycle to support trial planning, protocol design, and trial execution functions. The successful candidate will combine clinical-domain knowledge with solid business analysis skills to anchor client conversations, gather requirements, and deliver data-informed solutions by working across cross-functional teams. A background in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is essential.
Required Domain Expertise and Other Skills
Hands-on experience across the clinical trials lifecycle-from study planning and design through execution, monitoring, and closeout
Working knowledge of clinical trial phases (IIV) and study design approaches
Understanding of country, site selection, and patient recruitment strategies
Familiarity with clinical operations-site management, monitoring, data management, and trial logistics
Awareness of regulatory and compliance frameworks, GCP practices
Current awareness of latest industry trends in clinical trials, including decentralized/hybrid trials
Familiarity with AI and digital interventions across the trial lifecycle
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Client Interactions and Requirement Gathering-Elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements from client stakeholders. Drive the client interactions, presentations, and demos
Solution Development-Help design and implement solutions, including translating roadmaps into smaller, actionable user stories.
Process Improvement-Analyze and recommend improvements to business and operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Stakeholder Collaboration-Partner with cross-functional teams to align on goals and drive projects forward.
Project Support-Assist with project management activities and ensure outcomes align with stakeholder expectations.
