We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Technical Consultant. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining PeopleSoft applications with a robust focus on technical delivery, integration, and performance. The role requires hands-on expertise across core PeopleSoft technical components and the ability to work independently on complex requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Development & Customization
Design and develop PeopleSoft customizations using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, and Integration Broker
Build and maintain pages, components, menus, records, and fields using Application Designer
Develop and maintain File Layouts, XML-based integrations
Write and optimise complex SQL queries and SQR reports
Develop BI Publisher (XMLP)
reports and PS Query solutions
Integration & Technical Architecture
Design and implement integrations between PeopleSoft and external systems using Integration Broker, IB Messages, and Service Operations
Work on SAML/SSO authentication configurations and PeopleCode-based signon implementations
Support and develop Application Packages and Classes following OOP principles in PeopleCode
Configure and maintain Process Scheduler jobs and Application Engine programs
Upgrades & Maintenance
Participate in PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and tax updates
Performs compare reports, upgrade fits/gaps analysis, and apply fixes
