Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Oracle EPM Planning Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid technical expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle EPM Planning Solutions, coupled with a solid understanding of financial products and business processes. This role requires hands-on development skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and effective EPM planning models.
Required Skills & Experience
• Solid Oracle EPM Planning development and coding skills (custom forms, business rules, Groovy, dashboards, integrations).
• Minimum 2 end to end Oracle EPM Planning implementations.
• Solid understanding of financial products and financial planning processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into custom EPM Planning models.
• Hands on experience with:
o Groovy scripting
o Data Management / FDMEE
o EPM Automate
