Job Responsibilities
Generate life insurance business through assigned bank branches.
Build and maintain robust relationships with bank staff and customers.
Identify customer insurance needs and recommend suitable products.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Ensure timely documentation and compliance with company policies.
Participate in branch activities and customer engagement programs.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 6 months of experience in the banking sector is mandatory.
Male and Female candidates are both eligible to apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-oriented mindset with a willingness to achieve targets.
