Key Deliverables
Develop web design & digital strategies that align with the organization's business goals
Responsible for regular upgrading the FIL Group websites and maintaining it, keeping best practices in mind
Prepare lifecycle for different projects inclusive of research, development, design, evaluation, and testing along with delivery to product management.
Prepare architecture plus lead efforts to develop a technical roadmap of all projects
Continuous initiatives to improve & increase engagement on the corporate website to reflect brand values &create; an enhanced consumer engagement
Responsible for enhancing the organic traffic on the website /related social platforms, content optimization, and monitoring search engine rankings
Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns,



and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Set process for maintenance and periodic updates of information on the company's website Introduce engagement-building initiatives in the digital world solid engagement scores
Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify current prospects and improve campaign performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative content, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience.
Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies
Establish and maintain backup procedures to ensure that website data and files are regularly backed up and can be restored in case of data loss or system failures.
