Design Engineer Roles & Responsibilities:
Convert existing 2D drawings into 3D models using Autodesk Inventor.
Prepare detailed manufacturing and assembly drawings.
Modify and customize machine designs based on customer requirements.
Update existing designs to suit current manufacturing processes and technologies.
Select and integrate standard machine components such as bearings, seals, shafts, and couplings.
Prepare and maintain BOMs, drawing revisions, and engineering documentation.
Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and project teams for design implementation.
Troubleshoot design-related issues and implement engineering improvements.
Ensure designs comply with applicable standards and customer specifications.
Support continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
