Role & responsibilities
Implement ERP software at customer locations.
Install, configure, and deploy the software as per customer requirements.
Understand customer business processes and gather implementation requirements.
Provide end-user training and ensure smooth software adoption.
Coordinate with the internal technical team to resolve implementation issues.
Offer post-implementation support and assist customers during the go-live process.
Prepare implementation reports and maintain project documentation.
Travel to customer sites for implementation, training, and support activities.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience as an ERP Implementation Engineer or in a similar implementation/support role.
Valuable understanding of ERP software and business processes.




Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
Basic knowledge of SQL and databases is an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
