Experience in IMS DB/TM environment.
Good exposure to Mainframe Database Administration.
Expertise in database performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization.
Experience in database troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA).
Knowledge of batch job monitoring and database health checks.
Experience in change, release, and configuration management.
Exposure to application support, defect fixes, and system enhancements.
Experience in data analysis, integrity, and consistency management.
Hands-on experience in IMS/IDMS database transformation or migration to Cloud databases (preferred).
Ability to work in enterprise Mainframe (z/OS) settings while ensuring SLA compliance.
