Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Telecalling Sales Manager to lead and motivate a team of 10 telecallers. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent sales experience, and the ability to consistently drive the team towards weekly sales and site visit (SV) targets.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building high-performing teams, monitoring KPIs, and maximizing conversions in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and manage a team of 10 telecallers.
Ensure the team consistently achieves weekly Site Visit (SV) and sales targets.
Monitor daily calling activity, lead follow-ups, conversions, and productivity.
Motivate and push the team to deliver high performance.
Conduct daily review meetings and provide coaching to improve conversion rates.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handover and follow-up.
Track attendance, discipline,



and overall team performance.
Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and appointment booking.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Telecalling Team Leader, Sales Manager, or Telecalling Manager.
Experience managing a telecalling team of 815 members.
Real estate experience is highly preferred (Farmland, DTCP Plots, Villas, Apartments, etc.).
Strong leadership and motivational skills.
Excellent communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
Positive knowledge of CRM systems, Excel, and reporting.
Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve targets
