Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical lead and solution owner for UKG/Kronos Workforce Management integrations and associated enterprise applications.
Design, implement, and support end-to-end integrations using: REST APIs, SFTP, SSH, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Storage Accounts, AWS S3
Lead deployment, configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and operational support of Dell Boomi Molecule settings.
Manage Linux-based integration servers, including - Installation, Patching, Monitoring, Performance tuning, Disaster recovery activities
Design and maintain secure data exchange frameworks utilizing: PGP Encryption, SSH Keys, SSL/TLS, X.509 Certificates
Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management teams to deliver scalable and reliable integration solutions.
Architect and govern inbound and outbound data flows between UKG/Kronos, ERP, Payroll, Identity Management, and third-party systems.
Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex production incidents impacting critical workforce and business processes.
Implement and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) procedures, backup strategies,



and high-availability solutions for integration platforms.
Manage Azure Storage Accounts, Blob Containers, access controls, networking, and secure connectivity for enterprise integrations.
Design and support AWS S3-based file exchange and cloud storage solutions.
Review technical designs, mentor integration developers, and establish best practices for integration architecture and governance.
Engage directly with client architects, infrastructure teams, security teams, and business stakeholders during solution design and delivery.

Desired Skills & Expertise:
Robust experience with Dell Boomi Integration Platform and Molecule architecture.
Expertise in UKG/Kronos Workforce Management integrations.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure and AWS.
Solid knowledge of Linux administration and enterprise integration technologies.
Experience with secure file transfer protocols and enterprise security standards.
Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
