About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Health Sales Consultant to join our team. The role involves speaking with prospective clients, understanding their concerns, guiding them through our programs, and helping them make informed decisions about their health goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
Connect with potential clients and understand their health concerns and requirements.
Explain Femly's programs and services and address client queries.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Convert qualified leads into enrolled clients.




Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
Build and maintain solid client relationships.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in sales, counseling, or consulting is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
Solid persuasion and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.
