Role & responsibility

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Real Estate Sales Executive to join Genie. The role involves building relationships with property owners and builders, conducting property inspections, and promoting Genie's products and services.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct property visits and site inspections.
Carry out property surveys and collect accurate property information.
Meet with builders, developers, and property owners to establish business relationships.
Present and pitch Genie's products and services, including Magic Pass, to builders and developers.
Gather market intelligence on new projects and property trends.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure accurate property listings and updates.
Maintain records of meetings, property visits, and follow-ups.
Represent Genie professionally during client meetings and site visits.
