Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HVAC Engineer with a robust focus on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for a commercial mall construction project.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in commercial building services and the ability to manage site execution efficiently.
Supervise and execute HVAC works for the commercial mall project as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth execution of HVAC activities.
Review HVAC drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals for compliance with project requirements.
Monitor installation of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, piping, ventilation, smoke control, and fresh air systems.
Ensure proper testing, balancing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems.




Inspect site work regularly to maintain quality, safety, and progress standards.
Prepare material requirements, track site consumption, and coordinate procurement with the project team.
Resolve site-related technical issues and support timely completion of HVAC works.
Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, and coordination logs.
Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and project safety regulations.

Preferred candidate profile
Robust knowledge of HVAC systems in commercial buildings and mall construction projects
Valuable understanding of chilled water systems, ducting, ventilation, smoke management, and air distribution systems.
