Gain hands-on exposure to retail sales and customer interactions.
Develop product knowledge and understand consumer buying behavior.
Support retail marketing, merchandising, and in-store execution.
Assist in driving sell-out and enhancing customer experience.
Coordinate with Retail Sales Promoters to support sales performance.
Analyze market feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve retail execution.
