Performance Marketing & PPC Specialist (eCommerce & Quick Commerce)
Develop and manage performance marketing strategies for eCommerce and Quick Commerce channels.
Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and customer retention through data-driven marketing campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize based on KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and Revenue.
Conduct audience segmentation, retargeting, keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance user experience and maximize conversions.
Collaborate with the Creative, Brand, Content, and eCommerce teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.




Analyze campaign data using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Business Suite, and advertising dashboards.
