Job Summary

We are looking for an ambitious, analytical, and execution-focused professional to join the Director's Office. This role offers exposure across multiple business functions, including strategy, operations, sales, finance, project execution, business development, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Work on strategic business initiatives across the organization.
Drive cross-functional projects from planning to execution.
Analyze business performance and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations.




Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of business priorities.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and feasibility analysis.
Assist in business planning, budgeting, and growth initiatives.
Support leadership in project reviews and business meetings.
Track key business metrics and monitor progress against organizational goals.
Recommend creative solutions to improve productivity and business performance.

Desired Candidate Profile
MBA/PGDM from IIM, ISB, XLRI, MDI, SPJIMR, FMS, NMIMS, or another reputed B-school preferred.
24 years of experience in Real Estate, Consulting, Strategy, Business Operations, Investment, or Corporate Planning.
Candidates from reputed real estate developers are preferred.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
High ownership, initiative, and execution capability.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
