We are hiring for a NLP Engineer role for our client, an AI technology company.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and build NLP models for text classification, extraction, and generation
Fine-tune transformer-based models (BERT, GPT) for domain-specific tasks
Build text preprocessing and feature engineering pipelines
Evaluate model performance and iterate to improve accuracy
Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy NLP models into production
Required Skills:
Robust programming skills in Python
Experience with NLP libraries (spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers)
Understanding of transformer architectures and embeddings
Experience with model fine-tuning and evaluation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Valuable to Have:
Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
Knowledge of information retrieval systems
Exposure to multilingual NLP
