Role & responsibilities
Call students who have shown interest in our professional makeup courses through Meta ads, website, and social media.
Understand the student's career goals and recommend the right course.
Explain course details, fees, batches, certifications, and career prospects.
Follow up with interested students through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Convert inquiries into paid course enrollments.
Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM on a daily basis.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the admissions and training team for a smooth enrollment process.
Build a positive relationship with students and provide excellent customer support throughout the admission process.
Preferred candidate profile
Excellent communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
Confident,
persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
Experience in telecalling, inside sales, education counselling, or admissions is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and a willingness to learn may also apply.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets/CRM, and making outbound calls.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and achieve sales targets.
