Role & responsibilities :
Maintain inventory of IT assets (laptops, desktops, printers, networking devices, software licenses).
Track asset allocation, movement, and return processes.
Create and manage purchase requests (PRs) for IT equipment and software.
Monitor asset lifecycle, warranty, and AMC details.
Maintain accurate asset registers and documentation.
Generate inventory and procurement reports.
Ensure compliance with company asset management policies.
Support audits and asset verification activities.
