Roles and Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 desktop support to end users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Configure Outlook email clients and resolve email configuration issues.
Troubleshoot printers and perform basic maintenance tasks such as Windows installation and updates.
Offer remote support to customers via phone or video conferencing for effective issue resolution.
Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues that require further assistance.
