The ToolRoom Incharge Press Tools & Sheet Metal Stamping is a full time, in office role based at BLOWTECHs manufacturing facility in Noida. This role is responsible for overseeing the tool room operations, including the design, maintenance, and troubleshooting of press tools and sheet metal stamping dies used in HVAC fan and component production. Day-to-day tasks include planning and supervising tool manufacturing and repairs, ensuring tool readiness for production, monitoring tool performance, and implementing improvements to enhance quality and productivity. The position involves coordinating with production, quality, and engineering teams, maintaining documentation and inventory of tools, and enforcing safety and preventive maintenance practices in the tool room.
Preferred candidate profile
(1)Candidates having positive knowledge about tool & die maintenance of progressive dies , tools.
(2) Having knowledge about preventive and preductive maintenace of tools and dies.
(3) He has self driven and analysis about root cause of problems of tool room.
