Job Description Key Responsibilities
Preparation and finalisation of standalone financial statements for small and medium-sized entities, including notes to accounts, schedules, Audit Report MRL etc.
Assistance in statutory audit and tax audit assignments, including ledger scrutiny, variance analysis, vouching, and preparation of audit working papers.
Basic knowledge related to preparation and review of Income-tax returns for companies and other entities, including computation of total income,
Preparation of tax audit reports (Form 3CD and related schedules), collating and verifying data required for tax audit clauses.
Coordination with clients for required information, resolving basic queries, and ensuring timely closure of assignments.
Ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and basic understanding of relevant provisions of the Income-tax Act for routine assignments.
