Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive Scaffolding Industry

Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for generating business prospects, developing customer relationships, promoting scaffolding products and services, and achieving sales targets in the construction, infrastructure, industrial, and maintenance sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities
Generate inquiries, Identify and develop recent customers in construction, infrastructure, industrial, and EPC projects.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions with clients.
Conduct site visits and customer meetings to understand project requirements.
Follow up on quotations and maintain regular communication with clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for timely material delivery.

Marketing Responsibilities
Promote scaffolding products, rental services, and project solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, consultants, and project managers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Maintain customer database and prepare sales reports.




Build long-term relationships with existing clients.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field.
2–5 years of sales experience in scaffolding, construction materials, formwork, steel structures, or related industries.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of scaffolding systems, rental business, and construction projects is preferred.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
