Role & responsibilities
To develop and implement strategies to increase sales business and generating revenue in the respective state.
To analyze market trends and user needs for the development of branches in their respective areas and formulate and implement strategies for generating and increasing revenue on their states.
To manage product portfolio of the respective states.
To establish and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders, including customers, employees and investors.
To analyze product performance and implement improvements to meet KPIs and customer needs.
To provide expert guidance for team management and development.
