Role & responsibilities
Own order booking, revenue targets, and market share growth.
Drive RFQ generation, bid management, and the complete techno-commercial sales cycle.
Build and manage strategic relationships with EPCs, IPPs, utilities, and consultants.
Identify and develop current markets, customers, and project opportunities.
Lead techno-commercial proposal preparation including product selection, costing, pricing, and compliance.
Drive contract negotiations and closure of high-value deals.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecasting model.
Generate market intelligence, competitor insights, and pricing strategies.
Conduct customer visits across India and international markets and represent the company in industry forums.

Preferred candidate profile
B.E./M.E. in Mechanical Engineering.




10+ years of experience in industrial or capital equipment sales.
Robust exposure to the Power Industry, including Thermal Power, EPCs, and Utilities.
Experience working with OEMs or equipment suppliers.
Proven expertise in Air Cooled Condensers (ACC), Boilers, Steam Cycle Equipment, and Cooling Solutions (Dry).
Robust techno-commercial sales and bid management experience.
Demonstrated track record of closing large and complex B2B deals.
Excellent customer relationship management and contract negotiation skills.
Exposure to international markets will be an added advantage.
Leadership experience in managing and mentoring sales teams.
