Your Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with functional teams to convert business needs into technical solutions
Develop application & apis using SAP RAP (managed/unmanaged scenarios)
Convert legacy applications using RAP
Create and enhance CDS views with UI and analytical annotations
Build and test OData services using RAP
Support development of SAP Fiori elements / SAPUI5 applications
Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance improvements
Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers
Support Level 3 incidents, enhancements, and continuous improvements
Ability to work independently , as part of a team and lead the team.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP RAP, ABAP Cloud and related technologies.
Skills and attributes for successQualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
or a related field.
SAP ABAP on HANA and solid ABAP Oops
SAP RAP fundamentals (BOs, behavior definitions, service binding)
CDS Views & Annotations
SAP key user and developer extensibility
OData services
Clean Core & Cloud ready development concepts
SAP Business Application Studio for Fiori Elements / SAPUI5
Debugging & troubleshooting skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
SAP BTP services (Workflow, BPA, Integration, AI services)
Implement side by side extensions aligned with Clean Core principles
SAP S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud experience
Agile / Scrum experience
SAP BTP / ABAP Cloud / RAP Certification
