Key Responsibilities
Generate LAP business through DSA.
Build and maintain solid relationships with DSAs, brokers, and key channel partners.
Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the assigned market.
Achieve monthly login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis.
Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for timely processing and disbursement.
Ensure portfolio quality and adherence to company policies.
Track sales pipeline, prepare MIS reports, and maintain CRM records.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.
