Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Team Leader to manage and guide a team of Telecalling Sales Executives for broadband services. The candidate will be responsible for team performance, target achievement, monitoring calls, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Key Responsibilities:

u25cf Manage and supervise a team of broadband telecalling executives.

u25cf Assign daily targets and ensure team achieves sales goals.

u25cf Monitor calls and provide regular feedback for performance improvement.

u25cf Motivate team members to achieve higher conversions.

u25cf Track daily performance reports and maintain MIS.

u25cf Train new team members on products, plans, and sales process.

u25cf Coordinate with backend and installation team for smooth service activation.
