We are seeking a Network Support Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Assistance Center (TAC) within the networking domain. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as solid interpersonal skills necessary for effective collaboration with both business and technical teams. Proficiency in packet capture level troubleshooting is a must, coupled with a track record of delivering tasks successfully and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support within the networking domain, specializing in protocols like VPC, Nexus 9k, ACI, and routing and switching, spanning tree.
Having experience with Arista equipment is considered advantageous.
Conduct daily monitoring of Arista setups, including configurations, optimizations, and additional feature settings.
Perform upgrades, including OS patching and vulnerability management for Arista devices.
Integrate recent Arista switches into the existing infrastructure and assist with initial troubleshooting of hardware/software issues.
Develop action plans for the installation of updates, patches, and bug fixes as necessary.
Update documentation to reflect changes in both high-level and low-level designs, including diagrams.
Offer automation solutions utilizing the available APIs in Arista platforms.
Prepare and share reports on a predetermined schedule (daily/weekly/monthly).
Collaborate with the Arista team to manage the product lifecycle of installed products.
This role entails working in shifts at the data center and requires a comprehensive understanding of spine-leaf architecture, MLAG, VXLAN, EVPN, BGP, OSPF, and other networking protocols and concepts.

BE/B. Tech/MCA
Additional certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CWNA will be an advantage
