Position : BDE

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential models and auditions.

Communicate audition details, requirements, and company information clearly.

Handle inquiries professionally and provide accurate information to candidates.

Maintain records of calls, appointments, and follow-ups.

Conduct regular follow-up calls to ensure attendance at scheduled meetings and auditions.

Requirements:

Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to speak confidently and professionally over the phone.

Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.

Previous telecalling or customer service experience is preferred, but freshers

Key Duties:

Calling interested candidates and parents.

Fixing appointments and meetings for auditions.

Following up with candidates and coordinating schedules.

Maintaining a positive and skilled relationship with clients and candidates
